Had the pleasure of painting an office space in the new IGcreative headquarters in Philadelphia. I’ve been really enjoying painting with a grace of improvisation lately. No real planning and just adapting to any problem that arises as I paint.

Way behind
Fish Tanked
As most things in life come unexpected I got a call from my friend Brooks over at Decades hat Co. to invited me to take part in a fish tank installation, for the new Corsa that was opening in a weeks time. (not to mention we needed to leave 48 hours for the water and fish to acclimate before opening.)
The reason I was being brought on board was because the idea for the tank was to be all Legos! Brooks and I stopped by the new Corsa shop on south street that was still very much under construction to check out the tank and feel of the store, then drove to few stores to obtain an amount of lego sets that only exist in most ten year old boys wet dreams.
We divided up the sets and planned a full anarchy assault on the Lego city police. Jail breaks, movie style executions, arson, graffiti, bank robbery, and many more hidden gems amongst the debris an mayhem. I even added a few of my own custom minifigure AirRats to help the lowlifes in their debauchery.
Stop in Corsas new location on south street across the street from our good friends at Tattooed Moms, and check out the Decades Hat co. Soon to drop their newest vintage fabric line! Select pictures of the build and tank bellow.
Also thought this was the perfect time I announce I will be the featured artist at the next PhshTank party presented by Place Your Art Here and hosted by DJ Phsh at Fluid Night club in Philadelphia on Sat July 28th 10pm-2am. I’m still working in what limited edition artist multiples I will be making to give away shirts, prints, minifigure pins, or something new. (Leave your thoughts and ideas what I should give away as a comment or email airrat215@gmail.com)

Boogie Nights Painting
I was asked to paint a few walls in the new Boogie Nights. I drew up some stuff, stopped by Unherd in Philly to grab some paint, and got to work on the main wall with cameras rolling. Stay tuned for more news coverage about the club and my painting. Big Thanks to DJ SEGA for letting me use this awesome track. Boogie Nights reopens in its new location inside Tropicana Atlantic city on May 4th 2012.
When resources are limited… Make your own.
As I realized that obtaining Lego minifigs would be harder then anticipated I contemplated making a give away program in trade for custom minifigs. I decided I’d go the DIY route to insure my possibilities were endless. Here’s a few process pictures and some installed pictures. Shout out to my man Damon Abnormal Landry for giving me some drive and every one stay tuned because there are things in the works for you to own!!
Art Basel
After arriving and realizing the real fun isn’t even at art Basel but over in Wynwood district, where it’s a street artists wet dream every block has a production being worked on by top notch artists. I spent most of the first day lost on my rented scooter snapping pictures where I could, until finally settling outside the Art Whino show. A production was under way by WoeBots, Leza, Boosher, Luke Chueh, JRyu, Ritzy P, Sket One, Lou Pimentel, Shane Jessup, Pixel Pancho, and others. I was not slotted to paint this wall but saw an open space due to some architectural obstacles and pixel pancho an Mr. Jessup were kind enough to give the ok, so with a quick dash to cope2′s gallery/graff shop I was in action. The line up of this wall is amazing! I don’t have a finished picture of the wall but here’s all my shots, including a mini cooper giveaway caravan. and some other random fun from Miami.
